Our own mix of Elk, Bison, Wagyu beef and spicy Reindeer sausage blended with smoked wild mushrooms, pork rind “panko”, herbs and seasonings, baked until done, but still moist, served with Brown Butter & Garlic Mashed Potatoes, all smothered in Hunter sauce, and Garlic Butter-poached Haricots Verts.
